We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist for a full-time, onsite position, offering a long-term career opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, administrative, and data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process operational tasks accurately and provide support services as required.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, legal professionals, and team members.
  • Perform data entry tasks and prepare correspondence using standardized templates and procedures.
  • Manage documentation processes such as document control, indexing, and distributing electronic files.
  • Maintain and update records and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Leverage basic to intermediate computer skills to perform job functions with moderate oversight.

Required Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative processes and data entry.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with standard office software.
