You will take on both administrative and operational tasks, playing a pivotal role in client communication, administrative coordination, and operational support.Responsibilities• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, delivering high-quality service.• Oversee the processing and coordination of client account activities.• Assist in managing client transfers and account assignments.• Prepare and compile various documents for management review and approval.• Create and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials.• Manage team calendar and coordinate scheduling.• Carry out daily reviews and oversight of operational tasks including transaction processing.• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.• Assist with team training and systems education.• Regularly conduct audits and quality control reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.• Maintain accurate documentation and records.• Support licensing and compliance requirements.
