Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to bolster our legal team's strategies.• Manage a range of intellectual property matters, including the review of marketing materials and the investigation of copyright/trademark infringements.• Take on a critical role in litigation and regulatory issues, including the management of documents and investigation of facts.• Respond to subpoenas and oversee other document requests, ensuring all actions comply with the relevant legal regulations.• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary actions when required.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
