Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing and management of legal documents
• Conduct thorough investigations into case or claim backgrounds utilizing internet sources and social media
• Summarize depositions and medical records as part of case preparation
• Assist with the creation, editing, and filing of pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence
• Utilize case management software to maintain and manage files, calendar, and docketing
• Prepare for trials, ensuring all necessary information and documents are readily available
• Maintain a system for organizing and managing files for easy access and retrieval
• Ensure compliance with procedures for filing pleadings with Federal and State courts
• Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Provide superior client service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
