The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work, while processing invoices for payment and handling all creditor payouts promptly and efficiently. This part-time role requires a commitment of 15 hours per week, with one day spent in the office for team meetings and collaborative work. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote working days are essentials.Job Duties:Review, verify, sort, code, and match invoices.Enter and upload invoices into the system.Track expenses and process expense reports.Prepare and process check runs.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Prepare account analysis.Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors to respond to inquiries.
