Responsibilities • Manage and oversee payroll systems such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Oracle PeopleSoft to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.• Maintain accurate records of employee data, payroll transactions, and payroll deductions.• Use Crystal Reports to create and present detailed, accurate payroll reports.• Handle 401k - RRSP Administration, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.• Perform various accounting functions to support the financial operations of the organization.• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll data and rectify any discrepancies.• Manage 'About Time' software to track and manage employee work hours.• Handle Benefit Functions, ensuring employees receive the correct benefits and deductions are accurately processed.• Resolve any payroll-related issues or inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.
