Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of employee payroll.• Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to maintain and improve payroll systems.• Use your knowledge of tax laws, benefits administration, and advanced Excel skills to enhance our payroll process.• Analyze payroll data to identify and rectify any discrepancies.• Handle employee inquiries about payroll in a detail oriented and timely manner.• Prepare comprehensive payroll reports for management review.• Use accounting software systems to manage payroll data.• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports for payroll processing.• Administer 401k - RRSP and conduct necessary auditing.• Oversee accounting and benefit functions as part of your role.
