Responsibilities
- Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now for all business units
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Oversee 401K administration through Voya for less than 200 employees
- Carry out accounting functions as required
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage multi-state payroll responsibilities
- Oversee benefit functions and ensure they are administered correctly
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Must have experience in 401k - RRSP Administration.
- Familiarity with Accounting Functions is necessary.
- Auditing skills are essential for the role.
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions is expected.
- Experience in Multi-state Payroll handling is required.
