Responsibilities
- Operating and managing accounting software systems efficiently
- Overseeing and coordinating ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Utilizing Ceridian and Crystal Reports for payroll and benefits administration
- Administering 401k - RRSP and other benefits as part of the role
- Implementing About Time for efficient time management and payroll processing
- Performing various accounting functions related to payroll and benefits
- Auditing payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinating benefit functions and ensuring smooth operations
- Working closely with the CFO and accounting/finance teams for strategic decision-making and process improvement
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential
- Knowledge of Ceridian software is a must
- Ability to work with Crystal Reports is necessary
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is expected
- Understanding of About Time software is needed
- Proficiency in Accounting Functions is important
- Prior experience in Auditing is essential
- Familiarity with Benefit Functions is required
