As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to payroll and benefits administration, including processing payroll for multiple states, handling certified payroll, and serving as the primary point of contact for all payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processing for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle certified and union payroll, adhering to specific union contract requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all payroll and benefits-related tasks are completed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll administration and benefit functions.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll and benefits activities.
- Monitor and take appropriate action on employee accounts as needed.
- Processing Certified Payroll is Required
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Benefit Functions.
- Experience in handling payroll for unionized employees. - Required
- Familiarity with Union Contracts and their implications on payroll.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills for liaising with employees and management about payroll and benefits issues.
