As a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator, you will be tasked with the management and processing of payroll, coordination of company benefits and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.Responsibilities include:• Overseeing the accurate and efficient processing of payroll on a bi-weekly basis.• Taking responsibility for benefits management, including conducting orientation and information sessions for new hires and existing employees.• Coordinating the processing of new hires and terminations, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.• Managing and maintaining records related to worker’s compensation claims.• Collaborating with medical providers, insurers, and legal professionals to manage claims and ensure their timely resolution.• Analyzing workers' compensation data for trends and recommending improvements to safety and claims management practices.• Ensuring the company is following policy, provides guidance, and counseling as necessary.• Maintaining accurate and complete records related to benefits.• Overseeing the administration of COBRA, FMLA, and other leave programs.• Maintaining accurate and complete employee files for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
