Payroll Clerk

Salary: $23.75 to $30.00 hourly

Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract to hire opportunity located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. This position will be 100% on-site Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll data entries.
• Maintain and manage accounts payable.
• Customer Invoicing.
• Utilize accounting software systems effectively.
• Handle invoicing tasks promptly and accurately.
• Carry out tax reporting duties in accordance with regulations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Data Entry
• Experience in Payroll processing
• Knowledge of Construction Industry strongly preferred
