You will handle 40-60 inbound and outbound calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your shift will be from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Manage 40-60 calls daily Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems Process transactions and provide timely resolutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every interaction Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Basic computer proficiency Prior call center experience is required• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, with the ability to professionally handle and resolve customer issues.
