This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, allowing you to make an immediate impact and grow within the organization.Responsibilities:• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for a large employee base.• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment and changes.• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including payroll orientation.• Act as a primary contact for inquiries related to payroll and benefits.• Work collaboratively across different departments to facilitate process improvements.• Take on a leadership role, providing thoughtful and confident guidance even without direct reports.• Utilize ADP for various financial services and workforce management tasks.• Perform various accounting and benefits functions as required.• Handle payroll functions for employees across multiple states.
