Payroll Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Willis, Texas, United States. As a key member of our team, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities within the financial services sector, including the processing and management of payroll, the use of various software systems, and the handling of accounting and auditing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of payroll
• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian software for payroll management
• Employing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer
• Generating and interpreting Crystal Reports for data analysis
• Administering 401k - RRSPs and other benefits
• Utilizing About Time software for time tracking purposes
• Handling a range of accounting functions within the organization
• Carrying out auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Managing benefit functions within the organization, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role related to payroll
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
• Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Skilled in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Ability to use Crystal Reports effectively
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Proficiency in various accounting functions
• Experience in auditing processes
• Understanding of various benefit functions
