Our client located in Paramus, New Jersey, and are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist. The role will primarily involve the processing of weekly union payroll, maintaining accurate payroll records, and occasionally assisting with HR tasks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately process weekly union payroll• Maintain precise payroll records using ADP Workforce Now• Ensure prompt and accurate union payments• Manage and resolve any payroll related inquiries promptly and professionally• Assist in HR related tasks as needed, including clearing I9’s and dealing with a high volume of paperwork• Ensure all employee timesheets are promptly entered and accurate• Use Excel for V-Look Ups and other tasks as necessary
