As a permanent member of our team, you'll nourish your career with diversified experiences while also enjoying the stability that comes with a full-time position.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.Process payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries regarding payroll.Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.Undertake relevant record keeping and managing payroll reports for the audit.Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls, as well as compliance with external laws and regulatory guidance.Support process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.Coordinate with the HR and Accounting Department on payroll related matters.
