This role provides a hybrid workplace setting, with part of the week spent in the office and the rest working remotely.Responsibilities:• Accurate processing of weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees• Filing federal and state payroll taxes in a timely manner• Managing and updating IBEW trust accounts• Ensuring accurate tracking of wage changes per union contract• Efficient handling of FMLA time and keeping a record of it• Daily posting of cash receipts• Maintaining employee files in the ERP system• Tracking vacation and sick leave accrival for all employees• Running accounts payable checks on a weekly basis• Efficient processing of accounts payable vouchers as needed• Willingness to work extra hours when required.
