The workplace consists of a team of attorneys, legal assistants, and law clerks, where you will be expected to manage your tasks independently.Responsibilities:• Facilitate the smooth running of litigation processes by scheduling depositions, filing motions, and issuing subpoenas• Handle client relations and communication efficiently• Manage the calendar of the attorney you are supporting to ensure all appointments and deadlines are met• Order and analyze medical records as required for cases• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for efficient work output• Take charge of claim administration and billing functions• Respond to discovery requests in a timely and accurate manner• Leverage your skills in Personal Injury Litigation and Medical Record Abstraction• Proactively manage your desk and ensure all tasks are completed without needing much direction• Thrive in a high-pressure environment and handle a busy caseload effectively.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
