We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Procurement Specialist in Clayton, North Carolina. The chosen candidate will be an integral part of our team, assisting with vendor entry, creating requisitions, and handling administrative procurement tasks. This role will require familiarity with ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the entry of vendor data into the system
Create and manage requisitions for procurement processes
Handle administrative tasks related to procurement
Offer exceptional customer service in resolving inquiries and concerns
Monitor and manage the buying processes
Participate in budget processes and ensure accuracy
Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain and update ERP Solutions for procurement processes.
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
Must have knowledge of and experience with ERP Solutions.
Experience with Budget Processes is required.
Must be familiar with Buying Processes.
Must possess strong Customer Service skills.
Must have experience with Invoice management.
