We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to join a leading non-profit organization in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging content for the organization's website and social media platforms, sharing updates and success stories.
- Provide support and guidance to local program leaders, fostering collaboration between national and regional teams.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for events such as competitions, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Oversee operational tasks, including vendor management, shipping logistics, and equipment rentals for events and programs.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure program impact.
- Create visually compelling data presentations to communicate program outcomes effectively.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through email correspondence and project management tools.
- Assist with the planning and execution of national and local events, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex programs or projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working with volunteer teams and community organizations.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
