The chosen candidate will also be responsible for supervising ERP-related project tasks and ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a detailed plan to establish an ERP PMO.
- Manage the program's scope, schedule, and budget in line with organizational priorities.
- Ensure that the ERP implementation and associated projects align with the company's broader strategies and goals.
- Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Supervise ERP-related project tasks, including configuration, integration, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliveries are timely and of high quality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, and budget estimates.
- Identify potential risks early on and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Address and resolve project issues promptly, escalating critical concerns if necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage daily operations of ERP software implementations, ensuring vendor commitments, project milestones, and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Develop and execute a change management strategy to facilitate smooth user adoption.
- Design training programs to support end-user proficiency and readiness.
- Document lessons learned and share best practices for future improvement.
- Monitor and optimize system performance over time.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Budget Processes is required
- Excellent Communication skills are essential
- Experience in Compliance is necessary
- Knowledge of Workday is a must
- Familiarity with Workday Enterprise Learning is needed
- 2 plus years of Workday ERP experience required
- Proficiency in Workday Financial Management is needed
- Experience in Workday HCM is essential
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS is mandatory
- Familiarity with Workday Integration is required
- Experience with Workday Payroll is necessary
- Proficiency in PMO - Project Management Office is mandatory
- Experience in Formal Project Management is required
