Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of BEAD program applications, from strategy to final submission.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities and eligible projects.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with BEAD program guidelines and government regulations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Analyze data to support application content and decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government officials, community partners, and internal departments.
- Monitor and report on program progress and post-submission activities.
- Minimum of 4 years of program management experience in a large organization.
- Proven experience with broadband infrastructure projects and government grant/funding applications.
- Strong understanding of BEAD program or similar federal/state broadband initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
