Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire application process for BEAD program funding from planning to submission.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify eligible projects.
- Ensure compliance with BEAD program guidelines and manage resources and timelines.
- Analyze data, plan budgets, and manage the communication flow with government officials, community partners, and internal teams.
- Work on multiple concurrent applications (up to 8 at a time).
- 4 years of program management experience at a large firm.
- Strong background in telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and government funding processes.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required due to export control regulations.
- A proven track record in managing complex, high-impact programs.
