As a Program Manager III, you will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects to align with our broader business objectives. You will be a strategic leader, managing budgets and schedules, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating collaboration across different project teams.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interconnected projects within the program
• Coordinate and manage project schedules and tasks, supporting Senior Field scheduling teams
• Develop and implement KPIs/Metrics to monitor and validate progress
• Prepare management summary reports on project status for Field Teams Leadership
• Foster collaboration between different project teams, departments, and external vendors
• Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and resolve conflicts
• Organize, monitor, and adjust schedule reports to meet operational needs
• Perform quality checks and inspections on Project Controls deliverables
• Conduct field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources efficiently
• Define and lead new initiatives in process improvement and documentation
• Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder management• Proficiency in documentation and reporting for maintaining accurate project records
• Experience in training team members and stakeholders on project protocols and procedures
