Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate preparation of invoices based on project progress and contractual agreements
- Generate, analyze, and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in managing program costs by tracking expenses and identifying any discrepancies in financial data
- Ensure compliance of billing processes with contractual terms, agreements, and company policies
- Support the development of financial forecasts and assist project managers in tracking budget variances
- Help maintain a cost control system for ongoing projects and identify potential cost overruns or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and the accounting department to provide up-to-date program financials
- Assist in the preparation of program budgets, manage monthly billing cycles, and track milestones
- Ensure accurate data entry in financial systems and databases
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and support the finance team in providing necessary records and reports for external audits
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
- Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently.
- Auditing skills are highly valued.
