Responsibilities
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Utilize a wide range of software tools to manage customer accounts and anticipate potential issues
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish
- Maintain open communication with customers via phone and email
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products
- Review and adhere to company policies to provide effective solutions to customers
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify and address any potential issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer credit accounts
- Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department
- Meet all performance and quality metrics.
- Proficient in Customer Service, ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, especially in Email Correspondence.
- Familiarity with Policy Research and Review.
- Ability to maintain Quality and adhere to Quality Metrics.
- Proficient in using CRM, specifically the Salesforce Platform.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in creating Pivot Tables and using VLOOKUP.
- Experience in handling Customer Accounts.
- Excellent Written Communication skills.
- Willingness to work Overtime as required.
- Familiarity with various Software Systems.
- Experience in handling Process Improvement Projects.
- Ability to Proactively Monitor ongoing projects.
