We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Management Office (PMO) located in Renton, Washington. This hybrid role (primarily remote) will involve working in the medical care industry for a non-profit organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and documenting business assumptions, strategic goals, and operational budgets, as well as overseeing the integration of various systems.Responsibilities:• Manage and document business assumptions to ensure alignment with strategic goals• Oversee the operation and allocation of grants and budgets• Ensure the integration of tools with GL, ADP, and Epic systems• Facilitate the change management process to ensure a smooth transition for all team members• Coordinate with various departments including HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to understand their needs and challenges• Implement financial systems and manage the budgeting process• Work closely with the accounting director and conduct interviews for budgeting purposes• Apply traditional project management methodologies to ensure successful project completion• Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of organization• Support system integration and lead the implementation process• Utilize Microsoft Excel for budget management and other tasks• Ensure proper planning, programming, budgeting, and execution processes are followed.
