Description

We are opening an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in HOLLAND, Michigan. This role centers around the industries of technology and project management, where you will be expected to oversee and manage various projects, utilizing a range of skills including Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and utilization of Atlassian Jira for project management.
• Manage projects involving Cisco Technologies and ensure their successful completion.
• Lead the adoption and effective use of Cloud Technologies across the organization.
• Monitor and manage customer relationships through the effective use of CRM.
• Oversee the planning and execution of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives.
• Utilize 'About Time' management strategies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Implement AB Testing methods to optimize project outcomes.
• Guide the team in Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project execution.
• Oversee budget processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition during project execution
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Project Manager
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary
• Knowledge of CRM systems is mandatory
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial
• Proficiency in About Time software is needed
• Experience in AB Testing is essential
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is required
• Knowledge of Budget Processes is mandatory
