Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Work closely with teams to define project objectives and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Align all projects with business objectives and ensure they are completed on schedule.
- Guarantee that all project-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.
