We are in the process of adding a Proposal Writer to our Architectural industry client's team. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. The successful candidate will primarily focus on writing and preparing proposals, with a particular emphasis on using Adobe InDesign, and will also play a vital role in business development and compliance. This person must be able to work ideally in Orlando FL, or could work out of Kansas City, Omaha, Dallas or Phoenix.
Responsibilities :
- Utilizing Adobe InDesign to create compelling proposals
- Applying knowledge of Data Mining Techniques to gather relevant information for proposals
- Leveraging CRM to manage and monitor customer accounts
- Employing 3M and Adobe Acrobat for efficient document management
- Participating actively in Cisco Webex Meetings for collaborative proposal development
- Ensuring adherence to U.S. Government regulations in proposal preparation
- Incorporating previous experience with government contracts into proposal development
- Applying Budget Processes knowledge in the proposal development phase
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in all interactions
- Ensuring compliance with all company and industry regulations in proposal preparation.
- Advanced skills in using Adobe Acrobat
- This person must be able to work ideally in Orlando FL, or could work out of Kansas City, Omaha, Dallas or Phoenix
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings as a communication tool
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques to extract relevant information
- Understanding of Budget Processes for effective financial planning
- Proven experience in Business Development
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated understanding of Compliance requirements
- Ability to Prepare Proposal documents to a high standard
- Proven experience in Proposal Writing

- Knowledge of U. S. Government procedures and regulations.
