We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent based in Sunrise, Florida. This role will involve working closely with our partner, Land N Sea, requiring occasional visits to their Pompano Office. The majority of the work can be completed from home.
Responsibilities:
Manage buying processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and accounting software systems such as Epicor and Great Plains (GPAC) for purchase management
Perform accounting functions related to purchasing, adhering to budget processes
Collaborate closely with Land N Sea's Director of Purchasing, sometimes requiring presence in their Pompano Office
Keep accurate records of purchases and accounts payable (AP)
Monitor and adapt to changes in ERP solutions and About Time software to streamline purchasing processes. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary.
Familiarity with Epicor is a significant plus.
Must possess knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
Experience with ERP Solutions is a key requirement.
Understanding of Great Plains (GPAC) is beneficial.
Ability to use About Time is desired.
Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is mandatory.
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial.
