We are offering a year-long contract employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst, based in Loveland, Colorado. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our software projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Innovating and streamlining testing methodologies and procedures
Collaborating with global AR teams to ensure the integration of design solutions into end-to-end solutions for Accounts Receivable
Creating, maintaining, and executing test cases, scenarios, scripts, and functional processes
Reviewing functional documentation to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk
Assessing user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Playing a key role in determining release readiness and overall quality of software projects
Developing and delivering quality training in person and/or via online platforms
Utilizing strong computer skills, including ALM, SAP S4/HANA, High Radius, Visio, and project testing software
Writing test scenarios, test cases, and business processes
Prioritizing tasks effectively and working well with competing deadlines
Learning multiple processes and providing support for other positions
Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
Proficiency in Documentation, ensuring that all relevant processes and modifications are suitably recorded.
Ability to provide Training to team members and stakeholders on quality assurance processes and improvements.
Striving for Quality in all aspects of the role, from system testing to process improvements.
Skills in Reviewing and critically assessing both processes and outcomes.
Adeptness in Design, particularly in relation to system improvements and modifications.
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), with the ability to understand and work within financial constraints.
Knowledge of About Time software, using it to manage and streamline workflows.
Experienced in the Retail sector, understanding the unique demands and requirements of this industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share information and collaborate with team members.
Proficiency in Integration of different systems and platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Experience with SAP R/3, to facilitate efficient business processes.
Strong background in Quality Assurance, ensuring all outputs meet the required standards.
Ability to Streamline processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
Excellent Computer Skills, adept at using various software and applications.
