Implement and monitor automation frameworks using Jenkins and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with established quality assurance standards.
Develop and enforce best practices for AB testing and other testing methodologies.
Provide leadership in Agile Scrum environments to enhance team productivity and testing outcomes.
Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
Mentor and guide team members to continuously improve QA processes and skills.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and automation.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management.
Strong knowledge of integration testing, AB testing, and other QA methodologies.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Jenkins.
Familiarity with Android development processes and environments.
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum practices and their application in QA workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying software defects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage QA teams effectively.
