We are working with a national real estate investment company seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate will have a key role in supporting our commercial real estate operations. This position involves a variety of tasks related to managing and processing real estate transactions, from reviewing titles and surveys to preparing closing documents and drafting leases. Position is 100% on-site. Base salary up to $150,000 plus bonus and full benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Assist in the formulation of closing checklists, ensuring all necessary steps are completed
- Draft leases in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements
- Participate in the preparation of loan transactions
- Handle the outlining of acquisition / disposition of real estate property
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts for legal and financial accuracy
- Prepare comprehensive closing instruction letters to guide all parties through the process
- 5 yeas of commercial real estate paralegal experience from a medium to large law firm
- Paralegal Certificate, associate's degree and / or bachelor's degree
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
