We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. You will also manage various administrative duties, such as data entry and email correspondence. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities• Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department or individual.• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.• Conduct data entry tasks with high accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records as needed.• Handle email correspondence, responding to emails and forwarding them to the relevant parties when necessary.• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to perform various tasks, including the creation and editing of documents and spreadsheets.• Organize files, ensuring all documents are stored in the correct locations and are easily accessible.• Schedule appointments, coordinating with both internal team members and external clients to find suitable times. • Leverage interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
