We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist within the luxury property management industry, based in Boca Raton, Florida, United States. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities:• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.• Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.• Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.• Utilize Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software for data entry and other administrative tasks.• Assist team with overflow work, including word processing and Internet research tasks.• Monitor and manage inquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and professionally.• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.• Keep the reception area tidy at all times.
