As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, making you a crucial member of our team. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including welcoming guests, answering calls, managing office supplies, and maintaining security measures. Responsibilities: • Ensure the reception area remains clean and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and brochures.• Welcome guests upon their arrival and guide them to the appropriate person or office.• Respond to, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.• Handle daily mail and deliveries, sorting, and distributing them accordingly.• Uphold office security protocols by managing access at the reception desk, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.• Oversee front office supplies, placing orders when necessary and maintaining an inventory.• Update calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodations.• Keep track of office expenses and costs, updating records as needed.• Perform additional clerical duties as required, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
