- Carry out Receptionist duties, including filing and scanning documents
- Ability to perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming guests.
- Proficiency in filing, including organizing and storing documents, setting up efficient filing systems, and maintaining records.
- Experience in scanning documents, ensuring their clarity and accuracy, and properly storing them in the system.
