- Managing all incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring detail oriented and efficient communication
- Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Carrying out data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records
- Handling email correspondence effectively, responding to emails in a timely manner
- Distributing mail across different departments efficiently
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage tasks and correspondence
- Organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval
- Scheduling appointments accurately and ensuring all parties are informed of changes in a timely manner.
