We are looking for a Receptionist to become a part of our team located in Montgomery, Alabama. The selected individual will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of requests and queries. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills will be highly appreciated. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing all incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring detail oriented and efficient communication
  • Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Carrying out data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records
  • Handling email correspondence effectively, responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Distributing mail across different departments efficiently
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage tasks and correspondence
  • Organizing files systematically for easy access and retrieval
  • Scheduling appointments accurately and ensuring all parties are informed of changes in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in accurate data entry
  • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
  • Experience with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
  • Ability to organize files systematically for easy access and retrieval
  • Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently
