As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients visiting our model home located in Rogers, MN. You'll be responding to basic inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate representatives. You may also be tasked with distributing floor plan flyers and other relevant information. In periods of downtime, you will be expected to maintain an organized and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients visiting our model homes
- Respond to basic availability inquiries from potential clients
- Direct potential clients to the appropriate representatives for further discussions
- Distribute flyers and other materials related to floor plans and available properties
- Maintain an organized and welcoming environment during periods of downtime
- Utilize phone skills to handle inquiries and direct calls as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Perform basic office tasks as needed
- Handle phone operations in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Ability to handle Phone Inquiries professionally and promptly
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Basic Office Skills, including filing, typing, and managing correspondence
- Proven ability to Direct Guests to appropriate locations within the facility
- Experience in creating and distributing Flyers for promotional activities
