We are in search of a meticulous Records Associate to join our team located in Miami, Florida. As a Records Associate, you will be instrumental in handling and processing significant confidential documents and data, maintaining and updating records, and ensuring efficient operations of the records management system. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and quality
- Develop and maintain new files as per established procedures
- Update and revise existing files as necessary
- Uphold document retention policies and ensure efficient labeling and restoring of files
- Handle check-out operations of files
- Effectively process and file incoming records under relevant client matters
- Operate the iManage Legal Key edocs system for various tasks
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Regularly maintain daily productivity tracking logs
- Prepare records for offsite warehouse storage when required
- Generate necessary reports from the records management database
- Collaborate effectively within a team setting and build strong relationships.
- Strong skills in data entry and management of databases
- Proficiency in understanding and implementing procedures and policies
- Experience in ensuring quality control in all tasks
- Familiarity with hiring processes
- Ability to perform scanning and labelling tasks efficiently
- Proven record in maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Strict adherence to confidentiality, especially when handling confidential documents
- Experience in records management
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to work offsite when required
- Knowledge of banking operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in iManage, Track Logs, Legalkey, Legal Key, and FileSurf software
- Understanding of the importance of perks in a work environment
