We are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Recruiter to become part of our client's team. The Bilingual Recruiter will be involved in managing full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt high-volume roles such as production operators, as well as specific exempt-level positions. The position is located in Oakland, Iowa and will be an integral part of thier team.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and more.
- Handle the complete recruitment process, from job ad posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of job requirements and hiring needs.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring practices in all recruitment activities.
- Conduct screenings and interviews in both English and Spanish to identify the best talent.
- Use bilingual communication skills for recruitment in a diverse workforce.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve processes.
- Manage customer credit applications processing accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Careerbuilder
- Ability to use CRM systems effectively
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Experience with Applicant Track System
- Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
- Experience with Benefit Functions
- Skilled in Cold Calling techniques
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting
- Knowledge of Volume Manufacturing industry
- Fluency in Spanish language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Spanish Translation tasks
