- Remain up-to-date with the latest products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Deliver detail oriented presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts effectively and close sales to meet or surpass our revenue targets.
- Use CRM software to keep precise records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback from the market to assist in the improvement of product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for review by management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with Concur software
- Demonstrable experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge and experience in using Crystal Reports
- Strong understanding of data processing techniques
- Experience with About Time software
- Ability to effectively handle answering inbound calls
- Comprehensive understanding of buying processes
- Experience in cash activity and cash handling procedures
