Sales Support

We are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in the manufacturing industry, based in Wellford, South Carolina, United States. As a Sales Support, your primary function will be to aid in the sales process by communicating with existing customers, taking orders, and providing information about lead times. Your role also includes working within various software systems and reaching out to dormant customers to re-establish business relations.Responsibilities:• Facilitate customer interactions through phone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.• Handle order placement and provide accurate lead times to customers.• Utilize various software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time.• Reach out to inactive customers to inquire about their needs and encourage renewed business.• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary.• Maintain accuracy in all billing functions.• Perform auditing tasks as part of maintaining accurate customer records.• Exhibit excellent communication skills in all customer interactions.
