We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. This role entails significant interaction with Salesforce and QuickBooks (QB) processes, focusing on managing and maintaining Salesforce integrations, user management, data synchronization, and handling user creation and deactivation in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Administer Salesforce data by identifying and resolving duplicate or missing Salesforce IDs.
Oversee the administration dashboard, manage primary contacts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage duplicate leads.
Monitor and handle QuickBooks integration logs, ensuring smooth operation.
Conduct regular cleanup of QB transaction logs and oversee SSIS jobs that synthesize QB data with other systems.
Manage bidirectional data synchronization between Salesforce and QuickBooks, NMI, PNC Bank, and other third-party platforms.
Maintain and troubleshoot SSIS jobs syncing various datasets such as payroll, customer transactions, and subscriptions.
Collaborate with APIs (SOAP, REST) to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
Generate and export financial and operational reports to SQL databases.
Assist with data imports and updates for items, customers, invoices, and payments.
Support royalty reporting and payroll data management through integrations with Sage and PlanSource.
Requirements
Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is a must-have skill for this role.
Applicants must have experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
A strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality is required.
A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests is needed.
Candidates are expected to exhibit creative and analytical thinking.
Experience with end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications is necessary.
Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas is required.
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs is expected.
Applicants should be familiar with the database, networking, and system administration procedures and protocols.
