Do you have a passion for Salesforce and enjoy resolving technical issues? In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support related to Salesforce. The position involves working directly with customers regarding their use of a custom application.
Responsibilities:
Provide application support using your Salesforce Administration skills.
Provide exceptional customer support over the phone and through Microsoft Teams.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and support overall team success.
Use your Salesforce experience to resolve technical issues and improve existing models.
Continuously work towards improving the service by offering solutions to prevent recurring service tickets.
Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed service level agreements.
Use your technical acumen and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Administration is required (2 years).
Extensive experience in Application Support is necessary.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in different shifts or extended hours if necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications in Salesforce and other help desk technologies are desirable.
Proven knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is an advantage.
Strong customer service orientation.
