You will also be responsible for handling data management using Excel spreadsheets and our new system for tracking purposes.Responsibilities:• Oversee and guide a team of schedulers• Coordinate and set schedules for project installations• Collaborate with warehouse team for material availability and project managers for schedule alignment• Communicate with contractors and crew for project execution• Utilize Excel for data entry, tracking, and organization• Implement and adapt to the new system for tracking and scheduling• Maintain detailed records of project schedules and updates• Communicate timely updates to clients as required• Ensure all schedules are organized and all details are accounted for.
