We are in search of a Scrum Master to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
Drive Agile principles across the team, utilizing tools such as Agile Scrum and Atlassian Jira.
Act as an Agile Coach, adhering to best practices and fostering collaboration.
Lead the product team as the Scrum Master, focusing on successful delivery of weekly and monthly sprints.
Manage enhancements and oversee the product workload to ensure quality and efficiency.
Regularly monitor bug tracking and apply cloud technologies and Epic Software for effective solutions.
Participate in AB Testing, and utilize Burndown techniques for project management.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in Agile Development methodology
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management
Experience in Bug Tracking for identifying and resolving issues
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies for enhanced collaboration and data storage
Knowledge in Epic Software for efficient project planning
Ability to conduct AB Testing to optimize product performance
Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum for effective team management
Understanding of Best Practices in Scrum and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in Burndown techniques for tracking project progress
Excellent collaboration skills for team coordination and project success.
