Primary tasks involves the following activities:
- Conducting regular and timely preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis, including bank reconciliations and account analysis, each month.
- Supporting in delivering reports and filings as per the requirements of relevant authorities including financial reports such as balance sheet, profit and loss, sales tax reports.
- Providing support to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Controller functions as and when required.
- Assisting in designing all forms related to annual business plans, forecasts, cost accounting procedures, and market analysis.
- Occasionally travelling to corporate offices as per business requirements.
- Specializing in sales tax activities including collection, filing of returns, and usage of specific tax software.
- Overseeing the management of fixed assets and fixed asset software, including specific financial standards and asset categories.
Qualifications
- 3 years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
